Following SiriusXM’s acquisition of Call Her Daddy from Spotify, the popular podcast hosted by Newtown native Alex Cooper will now stream video episodes exclusively on YouTube, writes Caitlin Huston for The Hollywood Reporter.

Video episodes of Hot Mess with Alix Earle, Pretty Lonesome with Madeline Argy, and other podcasts produced by Cooper’s Unwell Network will also relocate to YouTube. Audio versions of all the shows will continue to be widely available, just as they were under Spotify management.

Cooper announced the move last week, highlighting that viewers will now be able to watch “all new episodes of Call Her Daddy on YouTube for free.”

“I am very excited for you to see what’s coming,” she wrote in an Instagram post. “New content…new shows…new faces…”

SiriusXM acquired Cooper’s podcast and her podcast collective, effective 2025, in a deal worth up to $125 million. Previously, Cooper, the world’s most popular female podcaster, had been part of Spotify’s lineup.

Moving to YouTube aims to expand Cooper’s audience through the platform’s popularity while also boosting ad revenue for SiriusXM.
