Five restaurants in Pennsylvania have been ranked as the best places to eat in the United States, and one of them is right here in Montgomery County, writes Joe Mertens for orginal.newsbreak.com, based on a national list from Yelp.
Montco is full of restaurants that cater to just about every taste, so it’s exciting when a local restaurant garners national attention for its food.
The first Kooma restaurant opened in West Chester in 2001, and it’s thanks to its success that the King of Prussia location could open.
The restaurant serves a variety of Asian-style dishes from sushi rolls, sashimi, tempura, Korean specialties, and various noodle dishes.
Not only is the food here fresh and delicious, but everything is presented in a chic, positive way that makes this spot perfect for a special night out or for a relaxing bite after a day of shopping at the King of Prussia Mall.
In addition to Kooma, four other Pennsylvania restaurants made the top 100 list as well.
Philadelphia eateries ranked on the list too, with Frieda, Bakeshop on 20th , Pho 75 in, Gi-Jin in Pittsburgh.
