Several New Restaurants Coming to Chester County in 2025

Chester County’s already thriving restaurant scene is poised to grow even further in 2025, with several new restaurants set to join the vibrant culinary landscape, writes Michael Klein for The Philadelphia Inquirer

3 West Hospitality is getting closer to opening the doors on Jolene’s at the old Spence’s Oyster & Eating Saloon in West Chester

This upscale but inviting bar-restaurant will feature a modern menu infused with classic French influence. In addition to delicious meals, guests will be able to enjoy wines, beers, liquor, and cocktails. The restaurant will be located at 29 E. Gay Street. 

Philip and Kate Ferro, of Kings Tavern and Main Line Tavern fame, are behind another local newcomer, Steel City Brewing in Coatesville. 

The long-in-the-works brewery-beer hall will sport a hundred-foot bar in Coatesville’s old YMCA. Steel City Brewing is targeting May for its grand opening. The establishment will be located at 132 E. Lincoln Highway.
