New Jersey-based US Elogistics has leased half an industrial building in Keystone Trade Center in Fairless Hills, the former U.S. Steel site, writes Paul Schwedelson for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The third-party logistics company signed a lease for 517,641 square feet at Building 5 of the 1,800-acre site, leaving 518,055 square feet available, or about half of the building.

Missouri-based NorthPoint Development, the owner of Keystone Trade Center, is developing a $1.5 billion logistics hub featuring approximately 20 warehouses totaling over 10 million square feet, with the potential to expand to 15 million square feet.

The two buildings in the project’s first phase have already been completed and are now fully leased. The completion of Building 5 marked the end of phase two, while phase three, which includes Buildings 7, 8, and 9, is now underway.

Building 5 has 40-foot clear heights and features 52 dock doors, two drive-in doors, 118 trailer parking spots, and 391 car parking spots.

FedEx, Jillamy, and Savino Del Bene are among the tenants currently leasing space at Keystone Trade Center.
