As the sober-curious movement gains momentum, Pennsylvania is seeing an increase in zero proof bars and bottle shops, including one in Bucks County, writes Leigh Green for PA Eats.
Free Spirit, located in the Buckingham Green Shopping Center, offers a wide variety of non-alcoholic products, including Curious Elixirs, Kin Euphorics, Lyre’s Spirits, Parch canned cocktails, and Cann Social Tonics.
The shop also features dealcoholized wines and its own seasonal drinks, such as Coquito made using non-alcoholic spiced rum.
Make sure to try one of the hand-crafted cocktails on the rotating menu, including an autumnal cider sparkler and a blood orange Italian spritz, as well as one of the local favorites, Kava Koladas made with zero proof rum, Leilo Kava drink mix, and fresh pineapple juice.
