The sale of more than 100 acres in Plumstead marks the biggest real estate transaction in Bucks County history.

A recent sale of more than 100 acres in Plumstead broke the record for the biggest residential real estate sale in Bucks County’s history, writes Joe Ciavaglia for Philly Blurbs.

While rumors swirled that Taylor Swift purchased the property, the superstar singer confirmed she did not.

While it’s currently unknown who the buyer and new owner is, public real estate transaction records show that Goode Point LLC purchased the property.

The purchase included a 12,791-square-foot home on 97 acres for $12.9 million; 1.6 acres with a 1,900-square-foot ranch-style home at the intersection of Twin Silo Road for $995,000; and 5.3 acres for $775,000 across the road from the 97-acre parcel.

According to real estate attorney and Bucks County realtor Alex Shnayder, the sale was likely handled privately.

Twin Silo Farms LLC, the previous owner, purchased the properties in 2020 for what MLS listed at a $5.2 million sale price.
