Downtown Doylestown was crowned as the best one in the state. The historic area offers a glimpse into the county’s past and seamlessly combines cultural richness with architectural elegance.

The town square is surrounded by beautiful 19th-century buildings filled with an eclectic mix of shops and eateries. There are several museums to visit, including the James A. Michener Art Museum, Fonthill Castle, and Mercer Museum.

New Hope boasts the second-best downtown in the state. Its streets are populated with a delightful array of shops, galleries, and eateries.

Visitors can enjoy picturesque views as they stroll along the canal towpath or explore the vibrant art scene the town is well-known for. Those who are looking for a perfect blend of history, culture, and natural beauty will feel right at home.
