Celebrate Elmo’s Dog Tango at Sesame Place’s Gotcha Day Event

This month, Sesame Place in Langhorne will celebrate Elmo’s special bond with his dog, Tango for a "Gotcha Day."

Two years ago, Sesame Place favorite Elmo adopted his dog, Tango. This month, the beloved Langhorne theme park will celebrate Elmo’s special bond with his dog “Gotcha Day” event from July 12-14. The celebration will feature new dog-themed activities, including a Puppy Park Flower Maze.

Guests can look forward to meet-and-greets with Tango and other Sesame Street characters, along with several special events.

Attendees can join Elmo, Tango, Zoe, and Prairie Dawn for a lively dance party at Oscar’s Wacky Taxi Stage. The new Puppy Park Flower Maze will be located outside of Trader Bert’s.

There will be a scavenger hunt where guests can search the park for items Elmo needs to care for Tango, and completed activity sheets can be turned in at Mr. Hooper’s Gift Shop for a prize.

Tango will also appear in the Sesame Street Party Parade and in the park’s newest show, “Welcome to the Party.”
