The construction of luxury apartments at the Oxford Valley Mall is nearing completion, with the first residents expected to move in as early as July 6th writes Katherin Cressman for the Bucks County Courier Times.  

Developers Bozzuto and Cornerstone Tracy are progressing with Atlee Square, a high-end residential complex located on the site of the former Boscov’s at the mall off Route 1 and Woodbourne Road. 

Applications are now open for the 391-unit development, which offers rentals ranging from $1,980 to $3,305 per month.  

The apartments, which span between 595 and 1,196 square feet, feature modern amenities including GE appliances, 9-foot ceilings, and 6-foot windows. 

The website for Atlee Square highlights communal facilities, including a swimming pool, a fitness center with spin and yoga studios, sports simulators, and a resident lounge complete with a bar and billiard spaces.  

The developers have not commented on the construction progress, but the project’s website indicates that the entire complex is scheduled to be finished by March 2025.  

The development is part of a broader effort by Simon Properties and Middletown township officials to revitalize the Oxford Valley Mall, a 1.3-million-square-foot shopping center built in 1973.
