As Toll Brothers Mid-Atlantic is planning a 60-unit townhome development in historic Langhorne, some residents have hesitations, writes Peg Quann for the Bucks County Courier Times.
The project includes homes starting at $600,000 on a property owned by Woods Services.
In a hearing Monday, residents voiced concerns over the project which included “intense urbanization” which could potentially cause inconveniences for residents, such as an increase in traffic.
Toll officials also testified on the land development stage of the property. The developer needs 20 variances and must resolve zoning issues before seeking approval from the Borough Council.
The discussion will be continued at another hearing at 7 PM, on January 29. The meeting aims to have more residents participate.
