The Hulmeville Demons Under-13 boys soccer team has made history by winning the Eastern Regional Presidents Cup, marking the first time a Hulmeville Soccer Club team has achieved this feat, writes Tom Moore for the Bucks County Courier Times.
Their victory secured them a place in the national championships.
The Demons displayed a formidable performance, outscoring their five opponents 16-0 in Charleston and Barboursville, West Virginia.
They clinched the title with a 2-0 win over Parsippany SC Academy in the final on June 18.
Key players included David Lopez and Dylan Barnhart, who spearheaded the offense, with midfielders Jeffrey Wolford and Shane Beeman, and goalie Brennen Harvey also delivering standout performances.
The team comprises young athletes from Bensalem, Hulmeville, and Levittown.
A GoFundMe campaign has been launched to support their journey to nationals.
