In addition to the future Wegman’s, the Prickett Preserve town center in Lower Makefield will welcome two new businesses.

In addition to the future Wegman’s, the Prickett Preserve town center in Lower Makefield will welcome two new businesses, writes Michael Tanenbaum for the PhillyVoice.

La Grange, a casual French restaurant, and Duck Donuts have signed leases to join the town center.

Owners of Newtown Italian restaurant La Stalla are the brains behind La Grange, which is slated to open in a soon-to-be renovated stone barn on that property.

North Carolina-based Duck Donuts will take a space next to the future Firebirds Woodfired Grill, offering coffee, breakfast, and ice cream in addition to donuts.

The development on Stony Hill Road is under construction and will include 200 apartments and 155,000 square feet of retail space.

The 88,000-square-foot Wegman’s is set to open on March 20, the second location of the grocery chain to call Bucks County home.

The opening dates for La Grange or Duck Donuts have not yet been announced.
