This fall, the first-ever Bucks County Renaissance Faire will be held in Doylestown Township over Labor Day weekend.

This fall, the first-ever Bucks County Renaissance Faire will be held in Doylestown Township, bringing a weekend full of festivities over Labor Day, writes Michele Haddon for the Bucks County Courier Times.

Set at The Tileworks of Bucks County, the event will run from August 31 to September 2, from 11 AM to 6 PM daily.

Found Artifact Entertainment, led by Erin Van Yuga and her husband, is behind this exciting new event.

The couple moved to Bucks County four years ago and saw an opportunity to create a family-friendly event that celebrates the rich tradition of Renaissance Faires.

The Faire will feature falconry, juggling, music, comedy, and theater on various stages.

Visitors can also engage in classic Renaissance activities like ax-throwing, archery, and blacksmithing, alongside family attractions such as face-painting, pony rides, and a petting zoo.

More than 60 artisan vendors will be present, offering a wide array of food, beverages, crafts, tarot readings, and henna art.

The Tileworks will host tilemaking demonstrations and guided tours to enrich the cultural experience.

Admission costs are set at $20 for adults, $10 for children aged 5-14, and free for those under 5. Seniors and veterans can enjoy a discounted rate of $15. Tickets will be available starting in June.
