Several Bucks County towns made the top thirty towns with the fastest rising home prices in the Philadelphia region, according to a report released by Stacker.
Stacker used data from Zillow for the greater Philadelphia region and ranked them by their one-year price change as of February 2024.
Churchville ranked 29th on the list with a 1-year price change of $39,338 and a typical home value of $611,945 making it the 19 most expensive city in the metro area.
New Hope, ranked as the third most expensive city in the metro area, made no. 24 on the list with an average home value of $830,204. As of February 2024, the market saw a 1-year price change of $40,593.
A handful Montgomery County towns made the top five on the list. Narberth ranked no. 4 with a typical home value of $732,029 and a 1-year price change of $58,482.
Bryn Mawr secured first place as the town with the highest growing home prices.
As the fourth most expensive city in the metro area, Bryn Mawr experienced a 1-year price change of $71,749 with an average home value of $802,358.
