Pennsylvania has plenty of amazing vegan dining options, including Bucks County eatery Sprig & Vine in New Hope.

Pennsylvania has plenty of amazing vegan dining options, but only the best have found their way on the Pennsylvania vegan-eats bucket list, including Bucks County eatery, writes Emily Kovach for PA Eats.

Sprig & Vine opened its doors in New Hope in 2010, and ever since then, it has been making a name for itself thanks to its creative, elevated vegan cuisine that changes with the seasons.

The 100 percent vegan menu is created by chef and owner Ross Olchvary. The selection of meals is impressive and expansive as well as being influenced by global flavors while still focusing heavily on local produce and products.

Highlights include starters such as za’atar grilled oyster mushrooms, main dishes such as miso-maple-mustard glazed tempeh, and decadent desserts like its gin and tonic cake.

Each dish at this amazing restaurant is inspired and fresh.

Vegan brunch lovers will especially enjoy Sprig & Vine, in part due to its delicious French toast.

The eatery is located at 450 Union Square Drive in New Hope.
