Another One Bites the Dust! Rite Aid in Doylestown Shopping Center Closes Jan. 16

The Rite Aid in the Doylestown Shopping Center is joining the list of Bucks County locations closing their doors.

The Rite Aid in the Doylestown Shopping Center is joining the list of Bucks County locations closing their doors, writes Ed Doyle for TapintoDoylestown.  

The pharmacy is slated to close on Jan. 16 amid the chain’s bankruptcy proceedings.  

Warrington’s Rite Aid also announced its fate last week. The property formerly occupied by the pharmacy is now up for sale.  

Other Rite Aid locations that bid farewell to Bucks County in 2023 were New Britain, Quakertown, Yardley, and Levittown.   

The chain is projected to shutter between 400 to 500 locations nationwide.
