These Bucks County Towns Have the Most Expensive Homes in The Keystone State
Amid rising mortgage rates nationwide, some Bucks County towns have the most expensive homes in the Keystone State, according to Stacker.
The list compiled by Stacker used data from Zillow and ranked cities based on the Zillow Home Values Index for November 2023. Churchville and Richboro made the top 20, ranking 17 and 15 respectively.
Churchville’s typical home value is $603,951 and Richboro’s is slightly higher at $623,400.
Out of all the Bucks County towns, New Hope was the only one to make it into the top ten at number four on the list.
