The Designery, a full-service kitchen, bath, and closet design center, will celebrate its grand opening in Quakertown this week.

Located at 280 N. West End Blvd. B, the event will feature a ribbon-cutting ceremony by the Upper Bucks Chamber of Commerce and run from Noon to 3 PM.

Owners Rebecca Merola and Ted Fisher have been showcasing their new venture at local home shows.

The grand opening will offer a glimpse of The Designery’s offerings, including high-quality cabinets, countertops, flooring, and its virtual reality technology.

The celebration will have a local caricaturist, catering by Nourish, a woman-owned restaurant, and an Oculus setup displaying The Designery’s designs.

Attendees can win prizes like a Designery Swag Bag, a family package to the Philadelphia Zoo LumiNature, and a $1,000 discount on a dream kitchen.

Merola, with a 15-year background in electronics design and manufacturing, and Fisher, a former math teacher and stay-at-home dad, aim to simplify the renovation process for clients.

They offer personalized design guidance and installation services for remodeling, renovation, or new construction.

“We hope to take away the stress of finding your own contractor and managing your installation while providing an exceptional finished product,” said Merola.

The couple, married since 2007 and parents to two sons, aims to create a lasting business legacy for their family.
