Rebecca Merola was the family breadwinner, working a lucrative, yet stressful job in engineering before running The Designery Quakertown, writes Lisa Ocker for FranchiseWire.

The company uses state-of-the-art technology to enhance clients’ kitchens, bathrooms, and closets.

Merola met with franchisees, as well as The Designery founder and President Casey Ridley.

“…The Designery team is trying to build me up and wants the best for me, and it’s incredibly empowering,” Merola said.

Now she’s running a designer team with her husband, Ted Fisher, and designer Liz Laurito. They all wear the “salesperson hat.”

Merola went through extensive training with The Designery Quakertown and had ready access to the team if she had any questions in the process.

She said her biggest award since joining the designer team was having more time with her kids.
