A Stacker assessment of real estate homes by ZIP Codes reveals three Bucks County communities with the highest real estate values.

The ranking used Zillow data from October 2021 to assess values across Philadelphia-Camden-Wilmington area geographies.

The following three ZIP Codes reflect the Bucks County market:
