Warrington’s Darianna Bridal & Tuxedo is Tech Savvy in Customer Service
Darianna Bridal & Tuxedo in Warrington started on the back of a napkin on a trip from a wedding in Mexico, writes Lynn Schindler for Inferse.
Spouses Franco Salerno and Wendy Ianieri-Salerno noticed that their town did not have many options for formal wear.
Within three months, the couple opened a store offering bridal gowns, bridesmaids’ dresses, and more celebratory garments. Darianna Bridal & Tuxedo skyrocketed in popularity requiring the owners to expand their space and staff.
The staff at the 3,500 square foot store now includes their two daughters Daria and Deanna. The growth of the bespoke business called for enhanced technology to efficiently manage their operations.
To enhance customer service, the team uses LiveHelpNow from the Apple Store to communicate with customers who text the store’s landline.
To promote upcoming events, the Salernos also use the Showcase feature in Business Connect. To make the checkout process smoother, Darianna Bridal & Tuxedo also use the Tap to Pay feature with the Square Point of Sale app.
