Conshohocken-based David’s Bridal will take center stage in the comedy-drama series Only Murders in the Building, writes Charlotte Walsh for The Messenger Entertainment.  

Esteemed actress and star of the show Selena Gomez will be donning the gown. The dress can also be purchased on eBay and Poshmark. Costume Designer Dana Covarrubias told The Messenger that the garment fit her perfectly.  

The dress was elevated by the team to include an ivory lining paired with a veil and lace gloves.  

“We tried on a lot of wedding dresses,” she said. “We’ve been sourcing from all over, but that ended up being the one that just looked amazing on her.” 

The dress is supposed to serve as a specific plot point. Covarrubias says that she likes to place Easter eggs in the season’s clothes to hint at the finale.
