He founded 618 Hospitality Group in 2020, launching the original Borscht Belt Deli in Stockton, New Jersey, before relocating to Newtown in May.

The new St. Mary’s location is just over 3 miles from the Newtown deli. The grand opening is scheduled for November 13.
