A lucky Drexel student was presented with a $25,000 check at Bensalem’s Philly Pretzel Factory headquarters thanks to his dedication to a scratch-and-win game, writes Cameron Kosak for The Triangle.

Labiq Jaigirdar is a third-year student studying management of information systems and sciences.

As a VIP member of the Bensalem-based business, Jaigirdar signed up for a daily free pretzel all through May so he could play the scratch-and-win game every day.

The scratch-and-win game was part of Philly Pretzel Factory’s 25th anniversary celebration.

At the Bensalem Philly Pretzel Factory HQ, Jaigirdar also spoke with CEO Dan DiZio, who always had an entrepreneurial spirit, first selling pretzels at only 11 years old.

Jaigirdar says he plans to donate his winnings to help renovate the local Bengali mosque he grew up in.
