Quakertown Native Michael Kirschman Makes City & State Pennsylvania’s 40 Under Forty List

Quakertown's Michael Kirschman earned a spot in the City & State Pennsylvania’s 40 Under Forty list for his leadership in the workplace.

Quakertown native Michael Kirschman earned a spot in the City & State Pennsylvania’s 40 Under Forty list. The Penn Community Bank customer success manager who has taken the initiative to start an LGBTQ employee resource group at his workplace, writes Hilary Danailova.  

The bank, which has branches throughout the county, allowed Kirschman to earn an associate’s degree from Bucks County Community College through its career training partnership.  

Kirschman says he “fell into banking,” after graduating from high school and worked his way up within Penn Community Bank’s retail branches.  

The 33-year-old has even served as a team captain for the bank’s annual day of service.  

City & State’s 40 Under Forty list celebrates Millennials in the Keystone State who are passionate about their professional careers and are motivated to make impactful changes on behalf of their Pennsylvania neighbors.
