A popular ice cream spot in Bucks County is offering two new options that are perfect for those looking for a dairy-free treat.

Uncle Dave’s Homemade Ice Cream, a business run on the property of Shady Brook Farm in Yardley, is offering two vegan options for those looking to cut back on their dairy consumption. “Billionaire Chocolate” and “Blueberry” are now being offered by the pint; the shop said online that it is happy to supply a cup or cone on the side.

Both made with almond milk instead of cow’s milk, the two flavors are being made in an effort to make ice cream that is available to everyone of every dietary restriction.

In operation since 2007, the ice cream shop is perfectly situated at the popular farm, which hosts family fun events all year round.

“Uncle Dave crafts his classic ice cream in primary colors with clear and simple flavors,” the shop said online. “Our carefully innovative recipes allow our ice cream to boldly taste exactly like its name states. We are not about cheap and routine, we are about flavor and diversity!”
