The new menu item is a classic treat for everyone.

A new deli in Bucks County will be adding a classic treat to their menu a little over a week after their initial opening.

The Borscht Belt Delicatessen, located at 2124 South Eagle Road in Newtown, has introduced a new dessert item to their menu. Black and white cookies, courtesy of Rockland Bakery, will be available at the new shop and online.

“These iconic cookies feature a perfect balance of rich, fudgy chocolate and smooth vanilla icing, beautifully divided down the middle,” the deli said online. “Every bite is a harmonious symphony of flavors that will transport you back to a bygone era.”

Co-owned by Mike Dalewitz and celebrity Chef Nick Liberato, the deli was a popular spot in New Jersey, having had their main location at 19 Bridge Street in Stockton for many years.

Offering New York-style Jewish deli dishes, the eatery will be the latest addition to the town’s wide array of restaurants and dining establishments. They owners have partnered with GrubHubDoorDash, and Uber Eats to ensure that customers from around the area have access to their large menu.
