A garden center in Bucks County will see plant lovers and fellow outdoor enthusiasts gather to see their beautiful flowers.

Hortulus Farm Garden & Nursery, located at 60 Thompson Mill Road in Newtown, will be hosting the Hortulus Peony Festival this weekend, starting on May 20 at 9 AM until May 21 at 5 PM.

“The 3,000 carefully cared for plants have been growing on our farm for over 30 years,” event organizers said online.

“They create the most remarkable display of color as they bloom throughout the month of May, filling our farm with and explosion of fluffy pink, red, and white flowers.”

Attendees can partake in and enjoy cut-your-own flower options, photo shoot opportunities, live music, artisanal food offerings, and a live peony leaf impressions demonstration with Modern Fossils.

The garden center is also working on a world-class botanical playground for kids. The construction has already started on the newest attraction which is expected to open this summer at the popular farm on Thompson Mill Road.
