After a local supermarket in Bucks County closed its doors, the building it was in will soon be used by two more businesses. Ed Doyle wrote about the building’s new use for TAP Into Doylestown.

The former Giant Supermarket in Jamison, which was located in the Warwick Square shopping center, will soon be used by both a new grocer and a gym. The grocer will be Grocery Outlet, which also has locations in Warminster, Quakertown, and nearby Lansdale.

Another part of the complex will be home to a new Planet Fitness location, which has other gym all around the Bucks County area.

The former supermarket stood in the Jamison shopping center until 2019, and the boiling has seen little use since then. These two new businesses are sure to bring shoppers back, along with those looking for a new place to work out.

Both of these new businesses are expected to open their doors some time in 2024.
