Several Bucks County School Districts Named ‘Best Communities for Music Education’

A well-known organization is recognizing several school districts in Bucks County for their influential musical programs.
The NAMM Foundation, owned and operated by the National Association of Music Merchants, has published their 2023 list of school districts around the country whose music programs are making a difference in their communities. Several districts in Bucks County made the list, based off of the feedback from students and staff who partake in them.
They are:
- Bensalem Township School District, headquartered in Bensalem
- Centennial School District, headquartered in Warminster
- Central Bucks School District, headquartered in Doylestown
- Neshaminy School District, headquartered in Langhorne
- New Hope-Lambertville School District, headquartered in New Hope
- Pennridge School District, headquartered in Perkasie
School districts around the country made the list, including many more just in the state of Pennsylvania. Altogether, the organization listed 830 school districts.
The foundation is responsible for The NAMM Show, an annual music industry show held in Anaheim, California, long considered one of the biggest events for musicians and music executives.
