Organic Chemistry Chief – Bryn Mawr 

This position will perform laboratory work and supervise the Organic Chemistry Laboratory team to encourage an energized work environment and generate high-quality laboratory results. Other responsibilities include mentoring staff, approving all organic lab results, overseeing the procurement of supplies, and auditing organic chemistry lab processes and procedures. 

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a related field with at least two years’ experience in an environmental or analytical laboratory. Candidates should have deep technical experience in analyzing organic compounds for water compliance monitoring, as well as be proficient with computers and database administration.

Operator IV – Neshaminy/Bristol 

This position requires the employee to currently hold and maintain a PA DEP Waterworks Operators Class A license with all the required subclasses necessary. Responsibilities involve the complete operation of the Neshaminy/Bristol Water Treatment Plants. Other duties include making decisions and reacting to emergencies, being familiar with plant process control, laboratory practices and procedures, and more. 

The ideal candidate must be current Neshaminy/Bristol personnel who is able to take a written test and fill the position if awarded it. Candidates must be able to operate computers for the plant SCADA system and security system and be responsible for monitoring plant performance.

Utility Locator – Great Valley 

This position’s responsibilities include communicating with customers, contractors, municipal authority representatives, as well as company call centers, and using a computer/tablet to review plates, plans, tap cards, service link work orders, Aqua GIS, and Utilisphere. Other duties include preparing all job-related administrative forms and paperwork. 

The ideal candidate must know the requirements of Act 50 (PA-1 Call Law), have knowledge of PennDOT regulations, and be available for overtime. Candidates should be able to work independently and must have a valid PA Driver’s License and the ability to obtain a medical card in 60 days.
