Administrative Support Coordinator

This position will serve as a point of contact for student questions and concerns; maintain responsibility for the admissions process within the Academic Divisions; coordinate student retention efforts; and prepare and analyze reports needed to assist with course scheduling. He/she will lead the coordination of functions such as meetings, workshops, and retreats, including travel, lodging, meals, etc.; assist with the faculty search and recruitment process; and answer, screen, direct, and/or process telephone calls and emails.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate’s degree and at least three years of related professional experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). Strong time-management skills with the ability to solve problems, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met are essential. He/she should also have the ability to work with a diverse student body and faculty and will have excellent communication, organizational, and team-oriented skills, in addition to proficiency in Microsoft Office.
