Hilltown-Based Bakery Announces Official Opening of Long-Planned New York Location

The local bakery is expanding to an out-of-state location.

A popular Bucks County bakery recently opened a second location out of the area, bringing their famous confections to a new audience.

Bucks County Biscotti, with a main location situated at 10 West Creamery Road in Hilltown Township, recently announced that the opening of a second location in Queensbury, NY.

The new location was built from the ground up, with the owner making the trip out-of-state to oversee the building of their scions bake shop.

“Hard to believe that after 2 years of planning, financing, designing, constructing and moving…the new bakery is finally here,” the bakery said online.

The new location will help the bakery, which has been in operation since 1993, bring their famous biscotti cookies to a new audience outside of the area. Known for operating a local “honor stand”, where some of the confections are left for customers to take and leave a payment, the family business has been a mainstay for locals for years.

In a state known for its bakeries and unique cookie confections, the Hilltown bakery will fit right in amongst the various New York spots they will be near.

“So thrilled to be able to bake even more biscotti for our incredibly kind and loyal supporters.”
