Bucks County is filled with miles of gorgeous landscape, historical landmarks, and charming small towns full of hidden gems.

One of Bucks County’s most popular museums and historic properties is allowing couples to marry on their well-known grounds.

The properties of the Mercer Museum and Fonthill Castle, both located in Doylestown, will be hosting open houses for couples who are interested in using the grounds for their special day. Partnering with Jeffrey A. Miller Catering, the open houses for the museum will be held on Jan 18 from 4 – 6 PM and Jan. 28 from 1 – 3 PM.

The open house for the castle will take place on Jan. 21 from 1 – 3 PM.

“At these open houses, you will have an opportunity to tour the venue, taste Jeffrey A. Miller Catering’s delicious food, and meet the event designers for your special day,” the museum said online.

A popular destination for both locals and visitors to the area, the property has a long history in Bucks County, and the historic grounds have been admired by countless people for many generations. This will be the perfect spot to tie the knot.
