The Bucks County family has a deep connection to their local basketball team.

A Bucks County family is continuing a long tradition of school sports, something they have connected through for years. Jared Leveson wrote about the family for the City of Basketball Love.

Antonio and Noah Morris have always dreamed about playing basketball at Bensalem High School for their dad, Ron. Morris coached his sons’ AAU team and all prior levels, but for them, donning the Bensalem blue-and-black meant so much more. For the boys and their dad, Bensalem basketball is family.

Their wish came true last year during their tenth-grade seasons when Antonio joined the full-time varsity roster while his brother alternated between junior varsity and varsity.

“We would always watch Bensalem,” said Noah. “We dreamt about coming up here and playing and now it’s finally here where all three of us are together.”

Now, the boys and their father are on the Bensalem varsity squad together for the second straight year.

“I want it to slow down,” said Antonio. “I feel like it’s almost over, but it’s really cool playing for my dad.”

The boys have made the most of the opportunity they have been given so far. Antonio made the starting five and Noah joins from the bench to strengthen the defense.
