The Perkasie establishment has a wide array of dining options for everyone.

A Bucks County restaurant just made a major list of eateries with the best tasting menus, a huge accomplishment in the local dining scene. Jenn Ladd wrote about the restaurant in The Philadelphia Inquirer.

Maize, located at 519 W Walnut Street in Perkasie, was recently listed as one of 15 local spots to have an incredible tasting menu. A BYOB establishment with an ever-changing selection, it was opened by Chef Matthew McPhelin in 2009.

With sections like slow-roasted duck leg with a house-made lavender pasta and bison brisket with sweet potato puree, collard greens, poblano peppers, and maple syrup, this Bucks County eatery offers a wide array of incredible dishes that are worth the wait time.

“Everything on our menu is made from scratch,” the Perkasie restaurant wrote on they official website. “We choose locally grown items, at the peak of their season. Our menu changes weekly.”
