The distillery will take over the former location of a beloved ice cream shop.

A new distillery will be opening in Morrisville soon, taking over the former location of a recently shuttered ice cream shop. Chris Rollins wrote about the upcoming establishment for 94.5 PST.

Yardley Distillery will be opening its doors to local residents and visitors, making its home in the area’s closed Friendly’s location, which closed very recently.

Rumors of the former ice cream spot being used for a seafood restaurant did not hold water; instead, patrons can enjoy the small batch, hand crafted drinks and cocktails the new establishment will create. Vodka, rum, gin, tequila, bourbon, and limoncello will be offered to drink enthusiasts.

Complete with a menu of Tex-Mex-inspired dishes, the new spot is bound to be a hit with Bucks County residents.
