The Philadelphia business discussed the ins and outs out the construction business.

Two Bucks County technical schools were just visited by a major Philadelphia company that discussed the construction business with students.

Lennar Philly Metro, a home builder in the Philaldpehia area, recently met up with students at Upper Bucks County & Middle Bucks County Technical Schools to discuss the ins and outs of one of the most lucrative businesses for tech students.

“Lennar Philly Metro was proud to host the Upper Bucks County & Middle Bucks County Technical Schools for Careers in Construction Month,” the organization said on their social media. “They learned about the construction process and the various departments that work together to build a home.”

During the event, the company went over specific skills and expectations that students should be aware of when searching for a career post-graduation.

“Special thanks to the HBA Bucks/Montgomery Workforce Development Committee, Denney Electric for the donation of the hardhats, Justin McCarty from Lennar, Dan Stretz from Bucks County Electric and Adam Grossman from Delta T for educating the students that day, and to Kim Petrei for coordinating the entire event!”
