The Bucks County home is a unique find for those looking for a regal place to stay.

A beautiful home in the Bucks County area that sits on private farmland has hit the housing market for a pretty penny. Ryan Mulligan wrote about the property for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The home, located at 1375 Pebble Hill Road in Doylestown, is a modern dwelling that has been made energy efficient and centrally located in a gorgeous patch of Bucks County farmland.

Based off of a modernist design that brings homeowners firmly into the 21st century, similar homes can currently be found in California, Colombia, Colorado, and Martha’s Vineyard in Massachusetts.

“It has open spaces great for entertaining, it’s really state-of-the-art construction and it’s in a great country location,” realtor Maryellen O’Brien said. “It’s five minutes to the center of Doylestown and some great restaurants, but you feel like you’re away from it all.”
