These Bucks County Breweries Have Beers That are Perfect for Pairing with Candy this Halloween Season

These local brews go perfectly with certain Halloween candies.

Two Bucks County breweries are reminding adults that they can also have fun on Halloween, as they offer suggestions for beer and candy pairings.

Both Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company and Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant have beers on tap that go perfectly with your favorite Halloween treats. As the holiday fast approaches, both Bucks County spots will be having pairing events at their locations so locals and visitors can enjoy a drink and candy before the spooky season comes to a close.

From Oct. 25 – 30, Neshaminy Creek will offer $15 flights with candy pairings at their Dublin taproom. It will be doing the same at their Croydon headquarters on Oct. 29.

Here are some of the pairings:

  • Warehouse Lager & Skittles
  • UltraCush Hazy IPA & Starburst
  • Punkless Dunkel & Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup 
  • Rippin’ Pints & Heath Bar 

Iron Hill will be offering Boo’ze & Candy Flights on Halloween weekend, Oct. 28 – 31 at all locations starting at 4 PM. The $10.50 flights are available in two varieties.

Monster Mash Beer Flight

  • Homestead Farmhouse Ale & Skittles
  • Pumpkin Ale & Candy Corn
  • Philly Phavorite IPA & Starburst
  • West Coast-style IPA & Sour Patch Kids

Count Chocula Flight

  • Oktoberfest Lager & Twix
  • Pig Iron Porter & Snickers
  • Pilsner or Golden Lager & M&Ms
  • Vienna Red Lager & Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup
