A Bucks County organization is looking to increase their staff in an effort to help local women who have and currently are being victimized.

The Network of Victim Assistance (NOVA) is currently looking to hire more employees and interns so they can continue assisting victims in the Bucks County area. Found in 1974 as Women Organized Against Rape (WOAR), the organization has worked with victims of rape and violence in the Bucks County area for almost five decades.

With safety measures such as a 24-7 victim hotline, forensic interviews with children who have been abused, and legal advocacy for victims, the organization is looking or qualified candidates who can further assist local victims with their trauma.

“NOVA’s staff are dedicated to our organizational mission and vision,” the organization said on their official website. “Our team members set a high standard in their respective disciplines and are passionate about their work.”
