Parx Interactive Hopes for a Winning Pair in Its Integration of Sports Content and Sports Betting

Parx Interactive is staking a lot on the future of digital media in the sports betting industry.

To ensure that its expansion into this integrated approach is as safe a bet as possible, the company hired a trio of professionals to handle it:

  • Natalie Egenolf, with one of the most engaged audiences in sports in the Philadelphia market
  • Dei Lynam, who has covered the NBA for the past 25 years for Comcast Sportsnet
  • Sam Wilson, host of Down the Line with Charlie & Bo on NBC Sports Philadelphia

“Sports betting and sports content and digital media are converging into one medium,” said Senior Vice President of Parx iGaming and Sports Matthew Cullen. “We are excited to introduce and roll out this newly formed digital media division, which won’t be just sports, but will also include lifestyle-driven content.”

“After learning about their digital media strategy along with their national rollout plans, I knew this was an opportunity where I can contribute right away to take advantage of this growing market. This is such a natural fit for me as I will produce sports-focused content, but also have creative autonomy as well.”

The digital team will create sports content and lifestyle pieces on a daily basis. It will also produce long-form digital content and original podcasts across all Parx platforms.
