William Penn Bank, Bristol, has a new Executive Vice President and Chief Retail Officer, Jeannine Cimino. The role brings her from New Jersey’s Berkshire Bank to this side of the Delaware.

“I am excited to be joining the William Penn team and look forward to continuing to build the William Penn brand. This opportunity allows me to work with an amazing team, as well as to continue to serve my customers in this region,” said Cimino.

Her New York/New Jersey background reveals an unassuming but committed person. Her profile in the Hamilton Pulse calls her a “mother, career woman, and charitable powerhouse.”

Cimino, the daughter of a New York City cop, obtained her stellar work ethic early. ““I used to dance,” she told the Pulse. “And then worked at the dance school to pay for my lessons.”

Her financial career started as an after-school part-time job for a commodities firm. Camino later attended Brooklyn College as a double major, marketing and business management/finance.

A husband, family, and slew of volunteer opportunities followed. Cimino has supplied board-of-director advise for nonprofits ranging from Big Brothers/Big Sisters to her kids’ Catholic school.

“We are thrilled to add Jeannine Cimino to our executive management group, as we continue to build a deep team filled with talented leaders across our organization,” said Ken Stephon, Chairman, President & CEO of William Penn.
