Optimistic about ebbing of pandemic numbers and a gradual revival of the gaming industry, Parx Casino hopes to fill more than 100 job openings, writes Doug Gross for the Bensalem Patch. 

Job-hunters can report onsite today, April 15, from noon to 4 p.m. in Bensalem. Bring a resume and a roster of references; interviews will be on the spot. 

Open positions include full- and part-time slots over shifts that run days, nights and weekends. Parx’s interviewing interests includes games dealers, bartenders, servers, security officers and cleaners. 

Safety protocols for the socially distanced event include masks, hand-washing stations and temperature checks 

“With our capacity expansion and growing business, we are thrilled to add new team members to the number-one casino team in Pennsylvania,” said Susan Eckert, director of human resources. “Our business is getting back to pre-COVID days, and we are happy to offer really great jobs with benefits. We are seeking those with experience, but it is also a great time to explore a new career. We offer free job training for those looking to make a change.”
