Jennaphr Frederick of FOX 29’s Good Day Philadelphia visited the Lansdale family whose food truck, Roll ‘M Up, sells egg rolls and helps those facing food insecurities.

“One of the main aspects of our food truck is this idea of giving back to the community,” said Kate Lynch. “So we’ve decided to try to partner with Manna on Main Street.”

Manna on Main Street is a food bank and soup kitchen that operates in the North Penn region on Montgomery County.

“One of the big things that we’re asking our customers is that when they come to the food truck, bring any nonperishable goods you might have so that we can drop them off to Mana,” said Kate Lynch.

As far as the menu goes, there is something for everybody, from the mouthwatering Cheesesteak Egg Roll to the filling The Signature Roll Up that is “a role within a roll.”

The food truck visits different brewpubs and events throughout Montgomery and Bucks counties. The easiest way to know where it’s going to pop up is to “follow us on social media,” said Dan Lynch.
