Lincoln University Grad Darryl Ridgeway Named 2026 Diversity in Business Honoree

Darryl Ridgeway, a Lincoln University grad, has earned a 2026 Diversity in Business Award.

Darryl Ridgeway, a Lincoln University graduate and assistant sales manager at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, has been recognized with a 2026 Diversity in Business Award, writes Lara Schwartz for the Philadelphia Business Journal

Ridgeway created First Year Boost, a one-on-one coaching program for new and newly affiliated agents at the company’s Society Hill office. Since its launch in 2022, the program has achieved a 100 percent retention rate and supported 15 agents last year.

Under his leadership, new agents finalized their first transactions within 60 days, while experienced agents saw production increases of between two- and four-fold.

More recently, he created and implemented “a monthly cross-departmental strategy forum that brings together sales, title, mortgage, and insurance leadership” to ensure the company remains informed and proactive in “a rapidly shifting real estate market while staying deeply connected to our agents’ needs.”

In addition, Ridgeway helped lead the creation of a platform designed to encourage dialogue, provide educational programming, and support shared DEI-focused experiences throughout BHHS Fox & Roach.

It allows agents and staff to engage in thoughtful conversations and attend events designed to make them feel valued and supported.
