In partnership with Quantum Workplace, the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Best Places to Work program has recognized its 2025 honorees in the Philly region, with profiles compiled by Cassidy Ritter for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Companies on the list must be headquartered or have an office in the Greater Philadelphia area with at least 10 employees. Businesses are then categorized based on size, from micro to extra-large.
With just 12 employees, the New Hope residential real estate software company, Cecilian Partners, was a finalist in the micro category.
“This company is progressive in not just understanding the benefit of work-life balance, but putting policies and initiatives in place that employees can use,” an employee said.
Sagefrog Marketing Group, headquartered in Doylestown, was also featured on the list, placing as a finalist in the small category with 31 employees.
Another finalist in the small category, marketing agency SEOM Interactive, is headquartered in Trevose with a headcount of 38.
“SEOM is honestly the most supportive, understanding, and efficient marketing company,” an employee said.
Newtown-based insurance broker Johnson Kendall and Johnson was a finalist in the large category, with 118 employees.
The final Bucks County business on the list, earning third place in the extra-large category with a headcount of 1,741, was Doylestown-based Fred Beans Automotive Group.
