Bistro 1015, a new made-to-order restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, is bringing fresh food to the Quakertown Farmers Market in Richland, writes Ryan Kneller for WFMZ 69 News.
The eatery will be celebrating its grand opening on April 25 and 26, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony taking place at 11 AM on April 25. Attendees will have the chance to win a $50 gift card.
Bistro held its soft launch in late January and operates with the mission of delivering fresh, elevated dishes to customers.
The menu features meals like the Bistro Breakfast Sandwich with eggs, a choice of cheese, and optional meat on a long roll or Kaiser roll. The ribeye skillet is another great option, with seasoned home fries, shaved ribeye, Cooper Sharp, and two eggs with toast on the side.
Classic breakfast options like waffles, French toast, and pancakes are also available.
Sandwiches like the garlic bread grilled cheese and the slow-roasted pot roast make for delicious lunch and dinner choices, along with the Bistro Burger and Italian sausage, peppers, and onions handheld sandwich.
For families, a kids’ menu is also available.
The restaurant is open Fridays and Saturdays from 9 AM to 9 PM and from 10 AM to 5 PM on Sundays.
