Doylestown’s 76 FENCE Grows With BucksMont Territory Led by Bucks Veteran

Led by Wharton grad Tim Dunn, Doylestown's 76 FENCE continues its PA expansion with a new ownership in Bucks and Montgomery Counties

Doylestown’s 76 FENCE continues its Pennsylvania expansion with a new multi-territory ownership in Bucks and Montgomery Counties, led by West Point and Wharton graduate Tim Dunn.

A local veteran and lifelong resident of the greater Philadelphia area, Dunn brings leadership, discipline, and strong community ties to 76 FENCE BucksMont, a new franchise that focuses on delivering a professional, customer-first approach to fencing services.

“Tim is exactly the kind of operator we look for as we grow the brand,” said Ed Samane, CEO of 76 FENCE. “His leadership background, commitment to excellence, and deep ties to the community make him uniquely positioned to build a strong, service-driven business.”

General Manager Eric Matsinger helps lead the already operating business, bringing extensive experience in leadership, coaching, and team development. Together, Dunn and Matsinger aim to raise the standard of service across the region for both homeowners and businesses.

However for Dunn, launching his territories was both a personal decision and a strategic move. He saw the region as a strong opportunity to create a brand built on professionalism and customer experience, given its steady residential growth, established communities, and rising demand for reliable home services.
