A home on the Delaware River in New Hope recently hit the market for $10 million, as waterfront real estate values soar in the borough, writes Ryan Mulligan for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The house, located on Main Street, was completed in 2021 and spans 6,000 square feet, featuring a car elevator, five terraces, a floating dock, and an interior elevator.
Residents will be just minutes away from the borough’s countless shops and restaurants, attracting locals and tourists alike.
Listing agent Nick Esser of Addison Wolfe Real Estate described the interior as “grand without being ostentatious,” despite the unassuming exterior.
The property boasts a formal dining room and a wet bar, while floor-to-ceiling windows in the family room and another dining area provide beautiful views of the river.
A primary suite on the main level offers a spa-like bath with a walk-in closet the “size of a studio apartment,” said Esser.
The second level contains three en-suite bathrooms, a home office, a terrace leading up to the roof deck, and a large living room. The living room includes a 100-inch drop-down projector screen, along with a wet bar and more floor-to-ceiling windows.
The main kitchen and living area can easily fit up to 50 people, making it a host’s ideal space.
